Highly recommend Kaylana and the company! Their communication is spectacular. Especially for anyone who has anxious dogs. My 7yr old Lyla is a rescue who does have really bad anxiety with new people. It was so hopeful to hear that she did so well with Kaylana. I love that they also provided us with like a little card (I called it report card lol) with what all was done and what worked best for Lyla. Our dog loves being sung Hamilton!! We look forward to future visits and to establish grooming our other dog once she is healed from her CCL surgery. We signed up for the following services: Bath & Hygiene Wellness (Medium Smooth Coat) with Special Care for Sensitive or Fearful Dogs (Level 1). We paid $135 for the service, this was in a really good price ranger for us personally (we are from Texas and used to pay A LOT more (was for a Australian Shepherd)) it was worth the price for us, especially since our Lyla was able to get properly bathed and had no issues during the process!! They accommodate and make sure not to do too much if your dog isn’t feeling it (was not the case for Lyla!) Thank you Kaylana for your encouraging words and recommendations you are a blessing! ❤️

Before grooming begins, we perform a nose-to-tail checkup—ears, skin, coat, temperament.
We look for subtle signs of discomfort, sensitivity, or concern—so your pet’s care plan is truly personalized.

Warm bath with premium shampoo, conditioner, and tear-free facial wash
Nose-to-tail drying, brushing, and coat de-shedding or de-matting (as needed)
Nail trimming and paw pad shaving
Sanitary trimming for cleanliness between grooms
Ear cleaning included; plucking available when needed and requested
Anal glands externally assessed and expressed if necessary
Teeth brushing every groom—oral care is health care
Hypoallergenic and medicated products available at no extra charge
- (e.g., anti-itch oatmeal, moisturizing deep conditioner, skin soothers)
Nose butter and paw balm used for dry or cracked skin
Finishing touches: coat polish, seasonal scent, and optional decoration
Wellness Checkup with Care Card and written Care Plan provided at every visit
