All around great company! Tim was super attentive, friendly, and informative when scheduling. I called on a Friday afternoon and scheduled for that Sunday to groom my Pomeranian. Kaylana just groomed our Siberian cat, and boy, did she need it! It was the cat's first grooming, and Kaylana was awesome with all of us; she was very clear about what she felt needed to be done, and we trusted her guidance.
