Loved Rainbow grooming! Recently moved to a new part of town and was not able to find a groomer that I felt I could trust with my cat. I loved rainbow because they focus on your pet’s wellness, well-being and creating a low-stress environment. They had her groomed (including full bath, wellness check, sanitary shave, AND de-shed) in 40 minutes!!! Previous groomers have had my cat for 4+ hours, which is so stressful for my cat. The groomer was lovely, obviously cared about my cat, was on time and communicative. Recommend 10/10!

All around great company! Tim was super attentive, friendly, and informative when scheduling. I called on a Friday afternoon and scheduled for that Sunday to groom my Pomeranian. How We Group Dog Grooming Services
At Rainbow, we tailor every grooming session based on your dog’s natural coat type—because each coat has unique needs, sensitivities, and grooming rhythms. Our approach isn’t about breed—it’s about what’s best for your individual dog.
Here are the four coat types we serve:
Smooth Coat Dog Breeds
Short, sleek hair that doesn’t require trimming—but they still need regular bathing, brushing, and skin care to stay healthy.
Common smooth-coated breeds include: Dachshunds, Boxers, Boston Terriers, Beagles, Vizslas, and French Bulldogs.
Standard Coat Dog Breeds
These coats have hair that grows out and benefits from regular haircuts, brushing, and sanitary trimming.
Common breeds with standard coats include: Maltese, Bichon Frise, Shih Tzus, Yorkies, and Miniature Schnauzers.
Specialty Coat Dog Breeds
These breeds have thick, curly, or textured hair that requires detailed grooming, more time, and consistent coat maintenance.
Common specialty-coated breeds include: Poodles, Doodles, Labradoodles, Portuguese Water Dogs, and Cocker Spaniels.
Double Coat Dog Breeds
These dogs have two layers of coat—a soft undercoat and a coarse outer layer—that require regular deshedding and special care to prevent matting and skin issues.
Common double-coated breeds include: Huskies, Corgis, Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, and German Shepherds.

At Rainbow, hygiene isn’t optional—it’s essential. Every pet we serve receives a full Bath, Hygiene & Maintenance Package as part of their groom. No add-ons. No upsells. No skipping what matters.
We don’t offer the basics—we redefine them.
This is a complete, comfort-focused wellness system that includes everything your pet needs to stay clean, healthy, and cared for—inside and out.
Included with every appointment:
Gentle bathing with high-quality shampoo and conditioner (always tailored to your pet’s coat and skin needs)
Teeth brushing, because oral health is critical and too often overlooked
Ear cleaning and anal gland checks (and expression if needed)
Sanitary trim (when beneficial for hygiene and comfort)
Premium nail care, including trimming and smoothing

Every Rainbow groomer is trained in comfort-first handling, body language interpretation, and behavioral stress response—with additional insight from our veterinary and behavioral partners.
