Check-In at the Door
Your Primary Care Groomer meets you face-to-face to check in on your pet’s health, behavior, and history. This is where the trust begins—and it’s the foundation of every groom to follow.
STEP 02
Wellness Checkup
Before grooming begins, we perform a nose-to-tail checkup—ears, skin, coat, temperament.
We look for subtle signs of discomfort, sensitivity, or concern—so your pet’s care plan is truly personalized
STEP 03
Grooming Process
With gentle techniques and a calm, comfort-based approach (yes, we even use cartoons), we create a grooming experience built on trust. Comfort Care is part of every session—and every tail wag means we’re doing it right.
STEP 04
The Reveal
Fresh, clean, confident—and maybe wearing a bow tie.
We wrap up every visit with a Care Report, wellness notes, and a whole lot of love.
