Primary Care Groomer (PCG)
Your pet is assigned a dedicated, professional groomer who provides consistent, personalized care and maintains direct contact with you throughout your partnership.
Rainbow Bridge Program
We honor the bond you share with your pet at every stage of life. When it's time to say goodbye, we provide emotional support, memorial keepsakes, and compassionate care so you don’t go through it alone.
Pet Birthday Recognition

Joining is simple—but what it unlocks is powerful. Whether you’re brand new or already a client, we’ll guide you step-by-step through a process designed to support your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness—every day, and in every stage of life.
Step 1: Book or Request
Whether you’re new to Rainbow or already part of the family, your journey starts here. New clients begin with a first grooming appointment that includes a wellness consultation. Existing clients can simply submit a Membership Request Form. It’s your first step toward personalized, wellness-focused care—tailored to your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.
Step 2: Meet Your Primary Care Groomer
At your first visit, you’ll be paired with your Primary Care Groomer (PCG)—a dedicated partner who gets to know your pet inside and out. From temperament to health history, your PCG builds a foundation of trust and continuity that supports your pet’s well-being at every stage of life.
Step 3: Wellness Checkup & Care Plan
Every visit begins with a gentle, nose-to-tail wellness check performed by your groomer. We track your pet’s skin, coat, body condition, and behavior—catching early signs of change before they become problems. Your groomer then updates a personalized Care Plan to support your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness over time.
Step 4: Choose Your Routine
Based on your pet’s needs and your family’s lifestyle, your groomer will help you select the ideal care cadence—every 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks. Whether you choose a membership or stay à la carte, your routine ensures your pet receives consistent, wellness-focused care that fits naturally into your life.

As a member, you’re never on your own. Your Primary Care Groomer continues to support your pet’s wellness at every visit—while also guiding you with helpful tips, answers, and personalized recommendations.
