Step 2: Meet Your Groomer Consultation
We’ll match you with a Primary Care Groomer (PCG) who will get to know you and your pet at your home during your initial consultation, and be your ongoing partner in wellness and grooming care. Together, this is how you will determine the best Care Plan, including services and haircut style for your pet.
Step 3: Enjoy Ongoing Support & Care
At each visit, your PCG will perform a full wellness grooming, keep you updated on your pet’s health and comfort, and adjust the care plan as needed.
You’ll also receive reminders, seasonal care suggestions, and priority scheduling.
Step 4: Relax — We’re Here for the Long Haul
